Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit goatbuilds.wiki (the "Site") or use the GOAT Builds Lookup Chrome extension, and how it is used.

Who we are and what this policy covers
GOAT Builds is an unofficial, static informational fan site about NBA 2K27 GOAT Builds. This policy applies to goatbuilds.wiki and to the GOAT Builds Lookup Chrome extension. The Site has no user accounts, no sign-up, no comments and no forms, so we do not ask you to provide any personal information.
Information we collect
We only collect information if we have a reason to do so, and we keep it to a minimum.
Analytics (pageview.app)
We use pageview.app to count page views in aggregate. The service runs the open-source Plausible Analytics software. According to Plausible's data policy, it does not use cookies, local storage or persistent identifiers; it records information such as the page URL, referrer, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country/region/city; and it does not store raw IP addresses or User-Agent strings (a daily, rotating hash is used to count unique visitors). We see only aggregated statistics and cannot identify individual visitors. For details on how the service handles data, see pageview.app and Plausible's data policy.
Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set cookies for tracking or analytics.
Advertising
The Site does not currently show ads. If ads (for example, Google AdSense) are added in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings. We will update this policy if ads are added.
GOAT Builds Lookup Chrome extension
The GOAT Builds Lookup extension does not collect, store or transmit any personal or usage data. It requests no browser permissions. It only opens goatbuilds.wiki pages (with UTM campaign parameters, so we can see aggregate visits from the extension in our analytics) when you click a link in it.
How information is shared
We do not sell, rent or share personal information. The only third parties that process technical data are the service providers described above (pageview.app and Cloudflare).
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as 2K's official pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The Site is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy from time to time, for example if we add ads or new services. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
