- Keep playing until you hit Elite V. Crew Divisions games give you a 25% REP boost all Season 2.
- Ray Allen unlocks as soon as you reach that tier.
How hard is Ray Allen to get?
Hard: you need REP Elite V.
Ray Allen unlocks at REP Elite V, same tier as Hakeem Olajuwon.
- Don't mix up REP and your Season level. The Season level (1 to 40) belongs to Season 2 and resets when the Season ends. REP is its own ladder with its own tiers.
- In Season 2, every Crew Divisions game gives you +25% REP.
- Players report five REP tiers, with Elite fourth and Legend fifth. That would put Elite V inside the fourth tier.
- 2K hasn't shown the full ladder in its Season 2 posts, and it hasn't said whether REP counts per account or per build.
